1 | Select 25 contacts you wish to invite to the event (senior-level job title excluding sales roles, representing a large enterprise, non-vendor), subject to internal approval.

2 | Send us the list by September 15th :

(Please ensure all necessary information is provided so that we can contact them via phone and email).

3 |  Once the nominations have been approved by our internal VIP validation team, our team will officially invite those contacts with a VIP invitation on your behalf.

4 | If the invitation is accepted, the VIP visitor registration will be completed and the guest will be notified of their VIP badge creation.

5 | A report on the number of registrations from your nomination list can be provided, upon request, one week before the event.
