Andy is the head of Technology & Operations for BofA Securities Europe S.A; (BofASE). In this role, Andy is responsible for the delivery and monitoring of the performance of technology and operations services in France. He is also the chair of the BofASE Service Delivery Council which provides governance and oversight of the program as well as monitoring the performance of outsourced services. Andy joined the BofASE Executive management team in December 2022.Additionally, Andy is the Global Technology Executive for Corporate and Investment Banking Technology. In this role, Andy works with the team to manage the end‐to‐end technology portfolio, strategy and delivery of technology change programs and services to support the growth of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) business. GCIB teams provide innovative financial solutions to large corporate, middle market and emerging growth companies around the world. Andy joined Bank of America in September 2010 as the technology development lead and senior architect in Global Markets Operations Technology. Most recently, he was Global Technology Executive for Process Automation. Prior to joining the bank, Andy held technical consultant positions with a focus on financial services clients. Andy has Bachelor of Science in Computing from the University of the West of England and an MBA from the University of Bradford. Andy is based in Paris, France.
